TRUE linkswear showed off several new designs at the PGA Merchandise Show in January, with the Eco Knits having already launched in February. While the remaining new designs will be released later this year, additional new designs have been announced that will be available this month.
TRUE Original Limited Edition Jacket Green
TRUE’s Original shoes are getting the Masters treatment, with a limited edition green design launching on April 9th. The iconic tournament was initially scheduled to start Thursday but has been postponed to November due to concerns surrounding COVID-19. Despite the delay, we all need a little Masters in our life right now, so TRUE kept the original launch date for these limited editions.
The Original features TRUE’s wider toe box, a spikeless sole design, premium waterproof leather, a thinner sole for a better connection between you and the ground, their Zero Drop heel-to-toe drop, a sock liner for additional comfort and they come in weighing only 12.5 ounces.
The Limited Edition Jacket Green versions will feature green leather on the back part of the shoe, with a white sole and toe. They will be limited to only 500 pairs and will retail at the same price as the regular production Original at $149.
TRUE OG Premium in White
To round out the color options in the OG Premium design, TRUE will be adding White to the current selection of Vintage Brown and Grey.
The OG Premium is TRUE’s take on the Original, but with made with higher-end materials. The OG Premium uses their Topcut Venezian Waterproof leather while still maintaining a breathable design. Besides a cushioned insole and weighing slightly more at 12.7 ounces, the OG Premium has these same features as the Original: a wider toe box, a spikeless sole, a thinner sole and their Zero Drop heel-to-toe drop.
The OG Premium in White will be available starting April 20th and will retail for the same price of $179.

My full-time job has always been in the IT world, but I’ve also spent the better part of a decade writing product reviews and helping cover large industry-only trade shows. It was only in the latter part of 2019 that I put two and two together and realized I should be doing the same thing for something I’ve loved my whole life — golf. This is the culmination of a hobby that started as a child, a hobby that turned into a passion as an adult, and finally a passion that turned into The Golden Ferret.
